Box Score The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's basketball team fell 83-60 to the Windsor Lancers on Saturday night (Nov. 4) at St. Denis Centre.
 
Fifth-year guard Rahshida Atkinson led the Blues with 12 points, while Keyira Parkes notched 11 points, five rebounds, two steals and one assist.
 
Rookie Christine Jurcau also tallied 11 points, adding two steals on the night, with Diedre Edwards chipping in with nine point in the loss.
 
Trailing 69-28 after three quarters of play, the Blues came up with a monster performance in the fourth, outscoring the Lancers 32-14.
 
The Varsity Blues return to action next Friday, November 10 as they host the Brock Badgers in their 2017 home opener at Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport. Tip off is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tickets are on sale here.
