The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's lacrosse team fell 15-10 to the Laurentian Voyageurs on Saturday, September 13 at Laurentian University Stadium.
 Fifth-year attacker Michael Buwalda (Toronto, Ont.) had four goals and two assists in contest, while Laurentian's Clint Lamarsh led the charge with seven goals. Â
On Sunday, the Blues bounced back with a 19-11 win over the Nippissing Lakers at the Steve Omischi Sports Complex.Â
Toronto native Jordan Robertson stepped up for the Blues, burying eight goals and two assists for the win, while Buwalda notched another seven points for a total of 13 points over the weekend.
The Blues currently sit in fourth place in the CUFLA West division with a 2-1 record.
The Varsity Blues return to action on Wednesday, September 17 as they head to Hamilton, Ont., to take on the McMaster.
