BLUES WARD OFF WARRIORS

The Warriors brought the game within one when team captain Kaitlyn McDonnell found the back of the net with 1:48 to go, but the Blues stood tall and held on for the one-goal victory.

Fifth-year netminder Nicole Kesteris (Aurora, Ont.) posted 20 saves in the win.
