The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's tennis team fell 5-2 to the OUA defending champion Western Mustangs on Sunday afternoon (Sept. 22) at Scarborough Campus.
Nick Somody and Christian Krustev won the No. 2 and No. 5 singles matches to earn the Blues two points on the day. Somody won 7-6, 6-0, while Krustev took the No. 5 match 7-5, 6-1.
The Varsity Blues return to action this Saturday, September 28 as they host the Montreal Carabins at UTSC. Matches are set to begin at 1:30 p.m.
