BLUES FALL TO GRYPHONS ON THE ROAD

The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's lacrosse team fell 17-5 to the Guelph Gryphons on Friday, September 13 at Guelph East Complex.
 
Fourth-year middie Michael Buwalda (Scarborough) and fifth-year attacker AJ Masson (Newmarket, Ont.) led the Blues with two goals apiece, while Patrick Belisle added a single tally in the loss.
 
Toronto led 2-1 after 10 minutes of action, only to have Guelph respond with five unanswered goals to take the lead for good.
 
The Varsity Blues will look to bounce back this Sunday, September 15 as they head to Waterloo, Ont., to battle the Laurier Golden Hawks. Game time is set for 2 p.m.
