The Varsity Blues men’s rugby team fell 85-0 to the Western Mustangs on Sunday, September 30 in London, Ont.
The Mustangs improve to 3-1 and sit in fourth place, while the Blues drop to 0-4 and remain tied for eighth in the OUA standings.
Western’s Mike Santageli led all players with two tries and 10 conversions for 30 points. Avron Horwitz had three tries in the win.
The Varsity Blues will look to bounce back next Friday, October 5 as they head to Hamilton, Ont., to take on the McMaster Marauders. Game time is set for 3 p.m.
