The Varsity Blues men’s rugby team fell 57-3 to the Queen’s Gaels on Sunday, September 19 at Scarborough Campus.
Alex Dwhytie kicked a penalty goal to account for U of T’s three points.
Daniel Moor had three converts to lead the Gaels with 12 points, while Matt Kelly had two tries. Jonathan Guichon, Burke MacDonald, Brendan McGovern, Graham Turner, Michael Van Der Westhuizen, Russell Gray and Myles Dingwall each had one try in the win.
The Varsity Blues return to the field next Saturday, September 25 when they host the RMC Paladins at Scarborough Campus. Game time is scheduled for 1 p.m.
