The Varsity Blues men’s tennis team dropped a narrow 4-3 decision to the Montreal Carabins in the final match at the 2010 university team championships, October 15-16, in London, Ont.

The Blues played in three tough matches over the two-day tournament. U of T narrowly defeated both McGill and the host Western Mustangs 4-3 on Friday to earn a spot in the championship game.

After falling to Montreal 6-1 in regular season play, Toronto showed great promise and improvement throughout the championship match.

The Varsity Blues return to the court for the 2010 OUA championships, November 12-14, at York University.
