Varsity Blues women’s rugby standout Khadi Dako earns her second consecutive athlete of the week nod after racking up five tries in Toronto’s 37-10 OUA consolation quarter-final victory over the Laurier Golden Hawks on Saturday night at Varsity Stadium.

A health science and mental health studies major from Markham, Ont., Dako scored three tries in the first half as the Blues put the game out of reach and went onto add two more in the second half as the Blues booked their ticket to the next round.
