A fourth-year forward from Corunna, Ont., Kassie Roache scored three goals and added three assists in leading the Varsity Blues to six points on the road in OUA women's hockey action this past weekend.

Roache scored two powerplay goals and added two assists as the Varsity Blues topped the Warriors 4-1 on Sunday afternoon in Waterloo.

The criminology and sociology major kicked off the weekend with a goal and an assist in a 3-2 victory at Brock on Friday night.

Roache currently leads the Blues with 10 goals and 18 points as they battle for playoff positioning in the highly competitive OUA standings.
