Alina Dormann, a second-year right side hitter from Ottawa, led all players with 17 points as the No. 2 nationally ranked Varsity Blues women's volleyball team topped the Nipissing Lakers 3-0 (25-16, 25-15, 25-13) on Friday night in North Bay, Ont.
The life science major tallied 15 kills, one ace and one block, while adding six digs in helping Toronto maintain a perfect 9-0 record at the midway point of the season.
