Third-year standout Gabriela Stafford placed second individually at the 2015 CIS cross country championships on Saturday, November 14 at the University of Guelph.

The Toronto native crossed the 6km finish line in 20:09.7, behind Trinity Western's Sarah Inglis (19:49.9). Stafford, who claimed the OUA individual title two weeks ago, also earned a silver medal in the 1500m at the 2015 Summer Universiade in Gwangju, South Korea this past summer.

The third-year psychology major was named a CIS first team all-Canadian for her efforts.
