Lydia Schultz and Natalie Crofts earned two gold medals in leading the Varsity Blues to their second straight third-place finish at the 2013 OUA figure skating championship (Feb. 12-13) in Kingston, Ont.
Schultz, a fifth-year kinesiology major from Bradford, Ont., and Crofts, a third-year physical education major from Toronto, finished first overall in the gold creative dance on Wednesday.
The duo then led U of T to a gold-medal finish in the team synchro event. Both skaters were named OUA all-stars for their efforts.
