Second-year goaltender Garrett Sheehan posted 39 saves in leading the Varsity Blues men’s hockey team to a 4-3 upset over the No. 2 McGill Redmen on Saturday night at Varsity Arena.
 
The Cremona, Alta., native stopped 10 shots, including a Redmen penalty shot, in the first period as the Blues built a one-goal lead. 
 
Sheehan went onto deny 14 and 15 shots in the second and third periods, respectively, en route to his fifth win of the season.  U of T becomes only the second team this season to defeat the Redmen in regulation time.
