Veteran Ryan Donnelly pitched a no-hitter as the Varsity Blues baseball team completed a sweep of the Queen’s Gaels with an 11-0 victory on Sunday, October 2.

A native of Toronto, Donnelly struck out five over five innings of work. With a lead of 11 after five innings, the mercy rule was in effect. U of T also edged the Gaels 5-4 in the first game of the day.

Donnelly sits fourth among OUA pitchers with 22 innings pitched and ranks among the top 10 with 18 strike outs.
