High School: Won the Manitoba High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) 'AAAA' provincial gold medal and was named an all-star...won the Dairy Farmers of Manitoba player's choice award...selected to the MHSAA graduating all-star team and all-Manitoba team...also a member of the MHSAA AAAA cross country team champions. 

National: Competed in the National Team Challenge Cup in 2011 and 2012...earned a silver medal on Team Manitoba at the 2011 Western Canada Summer Games.

2016-17: Played in 62 sets over 19 regular season matches...led the OUA with 9.76 assists per set...ranked second on the team with 198 digs and 3.19 digs per set...recorded a career-high 63 assists at Ryerson on Nov. 25...notched a career-high 30 digs vs McMaster on Feb. 4...recorded 30+ assists in 12 matches...named an OUA East first team all-star.

2015-16: Played in 49 sets over 17 regular season matches...led the OUA averaging 9.80 assists per set...finished tied for third on the team in total digs with 135...recorded a season-high 39 assists versus York on Jan. 17...registered a season-high 17 digs against Ryerson on Nov. 8...recorded 30+ assists in 12 matches...named an OUA East first team all-star..

2014-15: Played in 58 sets over 19 matches...led the OUA and CIS, averaging 10.19 assists per set...also averaged 2.28 digs per set...notched a season-high 54 assists at Ryerson on Feb. 6...recorded a season-high 18 digs versus Queen's on Nov. 1...named an OUA East second team all-star...won the R.W. Pugh Fair Play Award at the CIS championship.

2013-14: Played in 31 sets over 16 matches...ranked second on the team with 5.87 assists per set...also averaged 1.45 digs per set...recorded a season-high 32 assists twice this season...recorded a season-high 10 digs versus Western on Jan. 26. 

2012-13: Played in 44 sets over 16 matches...ranked second on the team with 199 assists, averaging 4.52 per set...also recorded 52 digs...recorded a season-high 31 assists in the OUA bronze medal match versus Ryerson at York on Feb. 23...recorded a season-high 16 digs in an OUA quarter-final at Queen's on Feb. 16.
