High School: Named the volleyball team's rookie of the year in 2007...named the player of the year in 2007-08 and the most valuable player in 2008 and 2009...was a member of the Ontario provincial team.

National: is a 2011 Canadian under 24 beach volleyball champion...placed ninth at the world junior beach volleyball championship in 2011 and 2012...placed 13th in beach volleyball at the 2013 Summer Universiade in Kazan, Russia...finished 17th at the 2013 under-23 world beach volleyball championships...won the 2014 Canadian senior beach volleyball title.

Varsity:

2014-15: Played in 59 sets over 19 matches...led the team and ranked fifth in the OUA with 3.34 kills per set...led the team in kills (197), points (243) and serving aces (27), while ranking second in digs (177)... recorded a season-high 22 kills at Ryerson on Feb. 6...recorded a season-high 19 digs at York on Nov. 16...named the OUA East player of the year and OUA East first team all-star, as well as a CIS first team all-Canadian. 

2013-14: Played in 73 sets over 19 matches...led the team and ranked third in the OUA with 3.21 kills per set...led the team in kills (234) and serving aces (24), while ranking second in digs (195)...recorded a career-high 25 kills versus Western on Jan. 26...recorded a season-high 18 digs at Ryerson on Oct. 18...named an OUA East first team all-star and CIS second team all-Canadian.  

2012-13: Played in 59 sets over 16 matches...led the team and ranked ninth in the OUA with 3.64 points per set...led the team and ranked fourth with 30 serving aces...also led the team with 2.88 kills per set...ranked third with 2.42 digs per set...recorded a career-high 20 kills vs McMaster on Nov. 11...recorded a season-high 21 digs vs Ottawa on Jan. 5...recorded four serving aces in five games this season...named an OUA second team all-star. 

2011-12: Played in 63 sets over 18 matches...led the team with 3.05 kills per set...also averaged 2.79 digs per set...recorded a season-high 17 kills at Windsor (Jan. 6) and vs McMaster (Feb. 11)...recorded a career-high 30 digs vs McMaster on Feb. 11...named an OUA first team all-star. 

2010-11: Played in 50 sets over 15 matches...averaged 1.8 kills and 1.68 digs per set...recorded 25 blocks on the year...recorded a season-high 10 kills at Ryerson (Oct. 29), at Guelph (Nov. 5) and versus Brock (Nov. 13)...recorded a season-high 13 digs at Waterloo on Nov. 6).
