High School: Named the athlete of the year from 2010-13...named the volleyball team's most valuable player and the tennis team's most valuable player in 2012-13...won the Dianne Hernden leadership award in 2013...was named the student of the year in 2014.

National Experience: Named a member of the Canadian senior national indoor team in 2017 and 2018...represented Canada at the 2017 FISU Summer Universiade in Taipei....represented Canada at the 2018 FIVB world indoor championship in Japan.

2018-19: Played in 71 sets over 19 matches...led the Blues with 211 digs and ranked second with 2.97 digs per set...ranked third on the team with 144 kills and 2.6 points per set and fourth in kills per set (2.03) and points (181.5)...recorded a season-high 21 digs vs McMaster on Oct. 26...recorded a career-high 20 points vs Ryerson on Jan. 20... recorded a season-high 15 kills twice this season...named an OUA East first team all-star. 

2017-18: Played in 72 sets over 19 matches...led the Blues with 222 digs and 3.08 digs per set...ranked second on the team with 166 kills, 2.31 kills per set, 204.5 points and 2.8 points per set...sat third on the Blues with 20 serving aces...recorded a season-high 15 kills and 17 points at Brock on Nov. 26...recorded a career-high 25 digs vs Waterloo on Feb. 10...named an OUA East first team all-star. 

2016-17: Played in 60 sets over 17 matches...ranked second on the team with 155 kills, 2.58 kills per set, 179 points and 3.0 points per set...sat third on the Blues with 182 digs and 3.03 digs per set...recorded a career-high 18 kills and a season-high 19 points at Western on Feb. 18...named an OUA East second team all-star. 

2015-16: Played in 59 sets over 19 matches...ranked third on the team with 129 kills, 2.19 kills per set and 25 service aces...sat second on the Blues with 172 total digs and 2.92 digs per set...notched a season-high 12 kills vs York on Jan. 17...recorded a season-high 13 points twice.

2014-15: Played in 25 sets over 17 matches...recorded 20 kills, 30 digs, five blocks and one ace...notched a season-high six kills vs Nipissing on Jan. 31.
