2026 Women's Soccer Roster
Biography
The University of Toronto Varsity Blues are excited to share the commitment of Katharina Cronkhite to the women's soccer program for the 2026 season.
A striker from Victoria, B.C., Cronkhite joins the Blues via Spectrum Community School and Pacific FC.
"The University of Toronto has been one of my dream schools for a long time," said Cronkhite. "With the heritage feel of the campus and with Coach Angelo and the players being so welcoming, I just knew that this was the place where I wanted to learn and grow. I'm super excited and thankful for this next chapter, to not have to ride the ferry for a while (you'd understand if you grew up on an island!), and to be surrounded by great teammates and top academic opportunities."
A playmaking forward, Cronkhite has delivered top-level performances which have assisted her teams in achieving outstanding successes. This included winning the BC High School AAA Provincial Championship. Additionally, she has competed nationally as a member of Team BC.
Receiving both Academic Excellence Awards and Top Scholar Awards throughout her high school career, Cronkhite is set to study in the Rotman Commerce program beginning in September 2026.
Students who sign a letter of intent and/or commit to Varsity Blues intercollegiate teams will be eligible to play at the University of Toronto provided they are academically admissible and have applied through the normal process with the Ontario Universities Application Centre.
