Ian Sinclair

Ian Sinclair joined the Varsity Blues coaching staff in 2017 with an extensive coaching background  having previously served as an assistant coach with the McMaster  Marauders men's soccer team from 2008-12, capturing OUA  championships in 2009 and 2011. Sinclair was also an assistant with the Buffalo State College men's program in 2005 and Brock University  in 2004.

Most recently, Sinclair has been coaching at the community level serving as the Rep A head coach for the Oakville Soccer Clubs U18 girls team this past year, reaching the Ontario Cup semifinals.

Additionally, Sinclair has taken on administrative roles serving as  the current Director of Coaching for the Toronto High Park Football  Club and previously holding the positions of Technical Director of  Grassroots and Special Programs and Technical Director of Female  Programs with the Oakville Soccer Club.
 
Sinclair is a graduate of Niagara College's Recreation and Leisure Services program and has received both his Canada Soccer and United States Soccer Federation National B License certifications. He has also continued to expand his knowledge frequenting the National  Soccer Coaches Association of America Convention, Ontario Soccer Association Coaching Conference and the National Soccer Coaching Conference hosted annually at the University of Toronto.
