The University of Toronto Varsity Blues are excited to share the commitment of Tyler Glass to the men's soccer program for the 2026 season.

A 5-foot-11 forward from Vancouver, Glass joins the Blues via Kitsilano Secondary School and AFA Ares.

Glass has showcased himself as a versatile player capable of playing at multiple positions including striker, winger, and fullback. With AFA Ares, Glass contributed to an FVSL Premier Championship during the 2025-26 season. Additionally, he was a member of Team Ireland winning the Youth Nations Cup, earning two Man of the Match honours and the Golden Boot MVP during the tournament. Glass has also competed at a number of high-performance tournaments including the Surf Cup in San Diego, Mayor's Cup in Las Vegas, and Starfire Tournament in Seattle. He has also trained overseas at the PSG Academy Camp and Manchester City Camp.

Glass is set to study within the Faculty of Arts and Science at the University of Toronto in the fall.

Students who sign a letter of intent and/or commit to Varsity Blues intercollegiate teams will be eligible to play at the University of Toronto provided they are academically admissible and have applied through the normal process with the Ontario Universities Application Centre.
