The University of Toronto Varsity Blues are excited to share the commitment of Gabe Moore to the men's basketball program for the 2026-27 season.

"I chose U of T because the combination of academics and athletics is unparalleled," said Moore.

 A 6-foot-1 guard from Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, Moore joins the Blues via Friends' Central School and K-Low Elite.

A lethal shooter from behind the three-point arc and an offensive catalyst from either guard position, Moore has shined with each team he has competed with. He has been named an All Main Line selection and holds the three-point percentage record (55%) at Calvary Christian Academy in Florida. He holds a single game career-high of 35 points, knocking down eight three-point field goals. In addition to his offensive output, he has also provided high-energy on the defensive side of the ball and has continued to develop into a leader on-and-off the court.

A national honor society recipient, Moore will join the Blues and begin his studies in Economics at the University of Toronto this fall.

Students who sign a letter of intent and/or commit to Varsity Blues intercollegiate teams will be eligible to play at the University of Toronto provided they are academically admissible and have applied through the normal process with the Ontario Universities Application Centre.
