Biography

High School: Won the Innisdale Physical Education Department award for highest mark in grade 12 university exercise science..also won the Royal Legion Branch 147 award for the highest mark aggregate in two grade 12 science courses...won the University of Toronto President's scholars of excellence award.

Varsity:
2014-15: Played in 12 sets in six matches...recorded six kills, three aces, four blocks and 17 digs. 

Personal: Father, Jay Wells, played in just under 1,100 games in the NHL over the course of 18 seasons, including nine years in Los Angeles where he was drafted 16th overall in 1979...he is currently a hockey coach in the Ontario Hockey League.
