A three-time U SPORTS academic all-Canadian, Garrison Pyle served as a team captain of the Varsity Blues football team in 2022 and 2023 and won the team's James A Bennett trophy as the most inspirational player in 2021. He served on the Varsity Board during the 2020-21 season and has volunteered at Ontario Football's camp since 2019. Pyle has been a football coach with the Oakville Titans and Guelph Junior Gryphons since 2019, serving as the team's offensive and defensive line coaches.
