The University of Toronto Varsity Blues are excited to share the commitment of Danielle D'Silva to the field hockey program for the 2025 season.

"I chose the University of Toronto because I love its campus and the supportive team environment it offers," said D'Silva. "I look forward to joining the kinesiology program for the hands-on learning, and research opportunities it provides. This fall, I’m thrilled to be joining and competing with the Varsity Blues. I am excited to represent my university!"

D'Silva represented Team Ontario at the U16 level in 2018, 2019, and 2022, before graduating to the U18 squad in 2023 and again in 2025. Her excellence on the field has been recognized through multiple Tournament 11 Awards at the National Championships (2018, 2022, 2023).

On the international stage, D'Silva proudly wore the maple leaf as a captain for Team Canada’s U16 squad at the Canada vs. USA series in 2022 and the Den Bosch Tour in 2023.
