University of Toronto Women’s Volleyball High Performance Academy Sessions

The Women’s Volleyball High Performance Academy is designed by Varsity Blues head coach Kristine Drakich and led by University of Toronto Varsity Blues Assistant Coaches and current team members. Player development is at the core of all of the Academy Programs with a focus of improving foundational volleyball skills.

2025 SUMMER ACADEMIES
 
ALL-SKILLS SUMMER ACADEMY 13-15 years of age (4 days - mornings)
These sessions will focus on enhancing foundational skills such as passing, serving and attacking in preparation for the start of the OVA indoor season.
Dates: Monday August 18 - Thursday August 21, 2025
Times: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Who: 
Girls playing 14-16U in 2025-26 season
Where: U of T Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport

LIBERO SUMMER ACADEMY 15-17 years of age (4 days - afternoons)
These sessions will focus on training foundational skills (passing, defense and setting) which are needed to be an outstanding libero, defensive specialist and six-rotation player, in preparation for the OVA indoor season. Geared to those playing 16-18U in 2025-26 season.
Dates: Monday August 18 – Thursday August 21, 2025
Times: 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Who: Girls playing 16-18U in 2025-26
Where: U of T Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport
