University of Toronto Varsity Blues cross country and track and field alumna Jazz Shukla punched her ticket to the 2024 Paris Olympic Games on Saturday night in Montreal.
 
The neuroscience grad from Toronto dominated the women's 800m, clocking a time of 1:58.20 to earn a berth to her first Olympic Games.
 
While at U of T, Shukla was an OUA all-star and U SPORTS all-Canadian in both cross country and track and field. She was the 2017 OUA 600m gold-medalist, while also helping the Blues 4x400 relay team to OUA and U SPORTS gold that season.
