The Varsity Blues women's curling team opened the 2023-24 season at the Guelph Invitational this past weekend (Nov. 11-12) at the Guelph Curling Club. 
 
Toronto opened the invitational on Saturday morning with an 8-5 loss against the Brock Badgers. In the afternoon, the Blues faced off against the Trent Excalibur but would fall 8-2. In their final match of the day, the blue and white fell 9-0 to the Waterloo Warriors. 

Looking ahead, the Blues now prepare for their home bonspiel at the Thornhill Curling Club, scheduled for December 2.
