The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's soccer team fell 3-0 to the No. 1 nationally ranked Ottawa Gee-Gees 3-0 in the quarter-finals of the OUA playoffs on Saturday (Oct. 28) afternoon in Ottawa, Ont.

The Gee-Gees opened the scoring quickly in the first half with forward Cassandra Provost getting on the scoresheet in the second minute. Provost added her second goal of the game in the 34^th minute. With less than a minute to play in the second half the Gee-Gees added their final goal of the game. 
 
Blues rookie goalie Maria Godoy-Atrash finished the match with seven saves through the 90 minutes.
