BLUES WRAP UP EXHIBITION AGAINST MCMASTER

The University of Toronto women's volleyball team fell to the McMaster Marauders 3-1 (22-25, 18-25, 19-25, 25-23) in their final pre-season game on Saturday (Oct. 29) afternoon. 
 
HOW IT HAPPENED: The Blues were led by first-year outside hitter Olivia Zhu, who registered 11 kills and eight digs for 11.5 points. 
 
Second-year middle Anna Gadomski finished the game with seven kills, two digs and one service ace. The Mississauga, Ont. native totalled nine points. 
 
Jasmine Safar played a big part in setting up the Blues offence this afternoon, finishing the game with a team high 15 assists. 
 
UP NEXT: The Blues return to action on Saturday November 5 as they take on the Queen's Gaels in their season opener. Game time is set for 2 p.m.
