The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's volleyball team defeated the Windsor Lancers 3-0 (25-19, 25-18, 25-20) in their first pre-season match on Friday, September 27 at Goldring Centre for High Performance Sport.

TORONTO STATS: Third-year middle Jenna Woock led all players with 19 points of of 10 kills, five aces and four blocks on the night. Veteran left side hitter Brianna Patrick tallied 15 points off a game-high 11 kills, three saves and one block, while also leading the Blues with 10 digs.

Hayley Goodwin and Lidya Canturk split setting duties, recording 11 and 23 assists, respectively.

UP NEXT: The Blues travel to Hamilton, Ont., to take on the McMaster Marauders on Thursday, October 17.
