The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's volleyball team defeated the McMaster Marauders 3-0 (25-23, 25-15, 25-23) in exhibition action on Friday, October 18 in Hamilton, Ont.

TORONTO STATS: Fifth-year right side hitter Alina Dormann led all players with 11.5 points off of 10 kills and 1.5 blocks, while also adding six digs on the night.

Third-year middle Jenna Woock totaled 10 points of of six kills, two aces and two blocks, while fifth-year middle Anna Licht had 9.5 points off of six kills, three aces and an assisted block.

First-year setter Lidya Canturk tallied 17 assists and a game-high five aces, while fifth-year veteran Caleigh Cruikshank had a team-high 10 digs in the win.

UP NEXT: The Blues open their 2019-20 regular season next Saturday, October 26 when they travel to take on the Ryerson Rams. The match begins at 6 p.m.
