The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's soccer team fell 1-0 to the Laurentian Voyageurs on Saturday, September 22 in Sudbury, Ont.

HOW IT HAPPENED: After a scoreless first half, Laurentian's Brianne Rodrigue broke the deadlock for what would stand as the lone goal in the 57th minute. Blues netminder Vanna Staggolis made eight saves in the loss, while the Blues registered five shots on goal.

UP NEXT: The Blues travel to North Bay, Ont., to take on the Nipissing Lakers tomorrow (Sept. 23) at 12 p.m.
