The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's hockey team dropped a 2-0 decision to the No. 10 Queen's Gaels on Saturday afternoon (Nov. 10) in Kingston, Ont.
HOW IT HAPPENED: Gaels forward Hailey Wilson opened the scoring seven minutes into the game and Queen's took a 1-0 lead into the first intermission. Addi Halladay put the home team up by two 7:10 into the second period. Neither team would find the back of the net in the third period.
Rookie netminder Erica Fryer posted 17 saves in the loss.
UP NEXT: The Blues are back in action next Saturday, November 17 when they host the Waterloo Warriors at Varsity Arena. The puck drops at 3 p.m.
