Box Score Fifth-year middle Bojana Radan led all players with 13.5 points as the No. 4 nationally ranked University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's volleyball team defeated the Waterloo Warriors 3-0 (25-18, 25-18, 25-16) on Saturday night (Jan. 23) in Waterloo.
With the win, the Blues improve to 11-0 and remain atop the OUA East division.
Radan had nine kills, 2.5 blocks and two aces in the victory.
Outside hitters Alina Dormann and Anna Feore each had 11.5 points on the night. Dormann recorded eight kills, three aces, and six digs, while Feore had eight kills, 2.5 blocks and one ace.
Second-year middle Tessa Davis added seven kills and 1.5 blocks, while setter Madelyn Mandryk tallied 33 assists and nine digs in the victory.
Waterloo was led by Kelsey Caza's 10.5 kills. She and Alyson Colpitts each notched a team-high nine kills in the loss.
The Blues are back in action tomorrow as they head across town to take on the Ryerson Rams. Opening serve is set for 2 p.m. The game will be streamed live on OUA.tv.
