BLUES BLANKED BY WARRIORS

Box Score The University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision (25-22, 25-19, 25-23) to the Waterloo Warriors on Saturday night (Jan. 23) in Waterloo.

With the loss, the Blues drop to 7-6, while the Warriors improve to 7-8 with both teams tied for fourth place in the OUA standings.

William Colucci led the Blues with 14.5 points, notching a team-high 11 kills, 3.5 blocks and six digs on the night. Middle Zia Karim had eight kills, two blocks and one ace, while setter Aleksa Miladinovic tallied 21 assists and three digs. Rookie libero added six digs in the loss.

Waterloo was paced by Aidan Simone's game-high 15 points and nine digs. Setter Gibson Graham also had 29 assists in the win.

The Varsity Blues are back in action tomorrow as they travel to take on the Ryerson Rams. The game will be streamed live, starting at 4 p.m.
