The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 (23-25, 22-25, 24-26) decision to the Ryerson Rams on Friday night (Sept. 25) at Mattamy Athletic Centre.

Fifth-year veteran Bojana Radan led the Blues with nine kills and four blocks, while sophomore left side hitter Anna Feore had six kills and a game-high 15 digs.

Rookie Olivia van Baaren add five kills and three digs on the night.

Erin Jacobs and Madelyn Mandryk split setting duties, recording 8 and 12 assists, respectively.

The Rams were led by Emily Nicholishen's 10 kills, while Veronica Livingston had seven kills and 14 digs in the win.

The Varsity Blues return to action next weekend, Oct. 2-4, as they travel to Winnipeg for the University of Winnipeg Unruh Realty Invitational.
