The University of Toronto Varsity Blues baseball team fell 12-2 and 9-4 to the OUA defending champion Laurier Golden Hawks on Saturday, September 27 at Bechtel Park in Waterloo, Ont.

In the first game of the day, Bradley Bedford led the Blues with one hit and one RBI, while Tanner Young-Schultz also had one hit.

Daniel Connolly pitched four innings, allowing five runs and striking out two.

Jonathan Sartor led the Blues with three hits in the second game of the day, while Young Schultz had one hit and two RBI.

The Blues return to action tomorrow as they host the Brock Badgers at Dan Lang Field. The first game is set to start at 12 p.m.
