BLUES FALL TO NO. 5 RAMS

Box Score Fifth-year guard Alex Hill matched his career-high of 35 points as the University of Toronto Varsity Blues men's basketball team fell 90-69 to the No. 5 Ryerson Rams on Saturday, November 30 at Mattamy Athletic Centre.

With the loss, the Blues drop to 2-6 and sit in eighth place in the OUA East division heading into the December break.

Hill (Toronto) went 9-for-18 from the floor, including five three-pointers, and went 12-for-13 from the free throw line in notching over half of U of T's points on the day.

Fellow veteran guard Matt Savel added 10 points, while Dakota Laurin (Calgary) led all players with 10 boards in the loss.
Ryerson was led by Peter-McNeilly's 20 points, while Aaron Best added 17 in the victory.

The Varsity Blues return to action on Sunday, January 5 as they host Ryerson at the Athletic Centre Sports Gym. Game time is set for 4 p.m.
