Box Score The University of Toronto Varsity Blues women's volleyball team fell 3-1 (25-3, 16-25, 32-34, 19-25) to the Ryerson Rams on Friday, October 18 at Mattamy Athletic Centre.

Fourth-year veteran Charlotte Sider led all players with 13 kills, while adding 18 digs on the night. Jennifer Neilson had 12 kills, six digs and two blocks, while Malena Rapaport notched 22 assists in the loss.

Ryerson's Chelsea Briscoe led the home team with 12 kills and both Chelsea Jensen and Lauren Ebenhardt added 14 digs en route to the win.

The Varsity Blues return to action as they host the Nipissing Lakers in their 2013-14 home opener next Saturday, October 26 at the Athletic Centre Sports Gym. Game time is set for 1 p.m.
