Box Score The Varsity Blues women’s volleyball team blanked the Brock Badgers 3-0 (25-20, 25-14, 25-19) on Friday, January 18 at Bob Davis Gym in St. Catharines, Ont.
 
The win, their first since Nov. 24, moves the Blues into a three-way tie for sixth with Lakehead and McMaster with a 6-7 record.
 
Third-year right side hitter Charlotte Sider of Ottawa led all players with 10 kills and 11 digs, while also adding four serving aces. Jennifer Neilson had seven kills, while Julia Bellehumeur recorded 23 assists in the win.
 
Brock’s Lucy McLay led the home team with eight kills. Karlinna O’Leary added a game-high 14 digs in the loss.
 
The Varsity Blues return to action next Saturday, January 26 as they host the 6^th annual Think Pink game versus the Waterloo Warriors. Game time is set for 2 p.m.
