The Varsity Blues fastpitch team ended their 2010 regular season campaign by splitting doubleheaders with the Brock Badgers and McMaster Marauders on the road this weekend (Oct. 8-9).

The Blues dropped their first game in St. Catharines 2-1 before coming away with a 2-1 victory themselves over the Badgers on Friday night.

Toronto then dominated in their first game against McMaster on Saturday afternoon with a 10-1 victory, before the Marauders edged the Blues in the second game, 4-3.

The Varsity Blues return to the field October 22-24 for the OIWFA championship tournament hosted by McMaster in Hamilton, Ont.
