University of Toronto Varsity Blues men’s volleyball team fell 3-0 (25-22, 25-14, 25-22) to the Queen’s Gaels on Friday, November 20 at Bartlett Gym in Kingston, Ont.
Second-year left side hitter Mike Manning (Vernon, B.C.) led Toronto with seven kills and five digs. Mitchell Woodside (Clyde River, P.E.I.) and Steven Kung (Toronto, Ont.) each had four kills for the Blues.
Joren Zeeman (Cambridge, Ont.) recorded a game-high 14 kills for the Gaels and Bryan Fautley (Oakville, Ont.) tallied 11 kills and six digs in the victory.
The Varsity Blues men’s volleyball team are return to the court tomorrow when they take on the RMC Paladins in Kingston, Ont. The game is set for 3 p.m.
