Fourth-year left side hitter Evan Falardeau averaged 4.9 points per set in helping the Varsity Blues men's volleyball team to a sixth-place finish at the 2023 U SPORTS championship, March 17-19, in Hamilton, Ont.

The political science major from Stratford, Ont., racked up 64 points off of 55 kills, five aces and four blocks as the Blues went 1-2 over the weekend.

Falardeau, the OUA most valuable player and U SPORTS first team all-Canadian, also added 24 digs over the three-day tournament.
