Harry Michelis scored the lone goal as the No. 7 University of Toronto Varsity Blues men’s soccer team secured a first round playoff bye in a 1-0 victory over the No. 9 Carleton Ravens on Saturday afternoon at Varsity Stadium.
 
The second-year midfielder from Toronto notched his sixth of the season in the 30th minute of the match, receiving a pass from teammate Devon Bowyer before slotting the ball past Ravens goalkeeper Jared Maloney for the goal.
 
A kinesiology major, Michelis ends the regular season ranked second on the Blues with six goals. Toronto will now await Wednesday night’s first round playoff match results before determining their OUA quarter-final opponent for Sunday, October 30 at Varsity Stadium.
