Third-year goalkeeper Mark Rogal notched two clean sheets in helping the University of Toronto Varsity Blues men’s soccer team to two wins this past weekend (Oct. 1).
 
Rogal posted eight saves as the Blues defeated the Trent Excalibur, 4-0, on Saturday afternoon in Peterborough, Ont.
 
The finance major from Vaughan, Ont., added a highlight-reel save in Toronto’s 3-0 victory over Nipissing at home on Sunday. Rogal came up with a big one-on-one stop to shift the momentum of the match as U of T notched the game-winning goal one minute later.
 
Rogal leads the OUA with a .917 save percentage and seven shut outs in eight wins so far this season.
