Fourth-year forward Michael Markovic notched four goals and one assist in two games for the University of Toronto Varsity Blues men’s hockey team this weekend.

The Toronto native scored two goals and added one assist as the Blues dominated the Waterloo Warriors 8-2 on Saturday night at Varsity Arena.

A geography and political science major, Markovic also notch two goals as the Blues narrowly fell 5-3 to the Gryphons on Thursday night in Guelph.

Markovic currently leads the team and ranks fifth in OUA scoring with seven goals and five assists in eight games.
