Steve Devine has been a member of the Varsity Blues coaching staff since 2009-10. Steve played five seasons with the Varsity Blues (2002-06, 2008-09), where he twice received the team's coaches award. The Scarborough, Ont. native has also been the captain of both the Ontario and Canadian deaf ice hockey team that garnered two national titles as well as three medals in international competition.

Steve was a group leader for Alliance Hockey's High Preformance 1 level 3 certification seminar this past summer, and is currently finishing his NCCP Level 3. He is currently the head coach of the Team Ontario deaf ice hockey team and he holds a Master's of Teaching degree from Griffith University in Australia.  Steve currently works as a customer service/financial collection agent at Divine Funiture Rental in Toronto.
