Returning to the Varsity Blues staff as an assistant coach this year is the 2008 team captain and a five-year Blues veteran, Laura Arduini. Laura garnered many accolades over her playing career, including OUA all-star recognition, and she was selected as a player and team leader for the Canadian team at the FISU World University Games in Serbia in 2009. She led her Blues squad to great success over her playing career at U of T - most recently an OUA first place regular season finish in 2008 and a gold medal at the 2009 Bogazici University Sportsfest in Istanbul. Laura graduated from OISE with a B.Ed and is a qualified teacher.
