Originally from Long Island, NY, Jamine played at Marist College from 1997-2001 winning the MAAC regular season championship in her final year. She was team captain as well as MAAC All-Conference Player of the Year in 2001. Jamine was the only player in the history of Marist College to play in and start every game of her collegiate lacrosse career.

After graduation Jamine worked as an assistant coach at The College of The Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. In 2004, she went on to become the Head Coach of the Conejo Clash girls lacrosse program in West Lake, California. The team was the Los Angeles County Champions and finished third in the Southern California championships. In 2006, she instructed youth lacrosse in Austin, Texas and played for the Austin Armadillos.

Jamine has a Bachelors degree in criminal justice with a minor in psychology. She is a certified Can Fit Pro, personal training and nutrition and wellness specialist working as a personal trainer the Toronto.
